Director Game Development at Bally Technologies
2009Iniitally hired and relocated to India to provide operational, creative and strategic direction for the Indian game division. I re-organized, trained and re-energized the teams. In 18 months I lifted their share of game output from 5% to 40%. I committed myself to transcending the time zones and geographic barriers to be a constant contributor to global initiatives and strategies. For example I restructured Bally's international game development which is now delivering at three times the previous output with 40% less staff. I have recently relocated to the Las Vegas HQ to manage teams in the US and take ownership of a number of new initiatives.
